At LVMH/Christian Dior Parfums, I led learning and engagement strategies for 2,500 employees across North America, ensuring training and events delivered measurable business results. At Clinique, I oversaw 6,000+ annual events that generated $60M in sales. At Jo Malone London, I developed global training and engagement programs across 24 countries in the UK, Europe and the Middle East to improve conversion and retention.
